Built by someone who
lived the problem.

FasterWork was founded by a CTO with deep experience in enterprise software, AI tool deployment, and organizational change — and a clear-eyed view of why most AI training programs fail.

Founder strengths

Deep experience with enterprise AI adoption from the inside — as a buyer, a builder, and a practitioner
Background building and scaling software products and teams — directly applicable to WorkSpace development
Strong network in Houston's energy, healthcare, and technology sectors
Credibility to sell to CIO and CTO-level buyers
Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and the broader AI tool landscape — as both a buyer and a practitioner
Product instincts shaped by real enterprise need — not analyst reports

Why we exist

The enterprise AI market has a structural problem. On one side, there are training companies that deliver generic, one-size-fits-all programs focused on tool awareness. They teach prompting. They rarely change how work actually gets done. And there's no way to measure whether anything improved.

On the other side, there are large consulting firms that build expensive custom solutions. They're effective — but they leave when the engagement ends, and the knowledge leaves with them.

FasterWork was built in the gap between those two options. We offer the structure and methodology of a consulting firm — the PACE Framework — with the repeatability, affordability, and certification infrastructure of a training company. And we built software (WorkSpace and the PACE Dashboard) to make the results stick.

Why vendor-agnostic matters

Enterprise AI is not a solved problem. The tools that are leading today will look different in 18 months. A training program built around one vendor's product is a liability the moment that vendor pivots, raises prices, or gets leapfrogged.

The PACE Framework is built around judgment, not tools. We teach teams how to evaluate where AI has leverage, how to apply it to their specific workflows, and how to measure whether it's working — independent of which platform they're using. That's a capability that compounds over time, regardless of the tool landscape.

How we scale

FasterWork is designed to scale through a certified instructor network. PACE-certified instructors can deliver workshops independently, expanding reach without sacrificing quality. The methodology is documented, the training is standardized, and the PACE Dashboard provides quality signal at scale.

WorkSpace is the SaaS layer that transforms FasterWork from a services company into a software company — with the recurring revenue, scalability, and customer data that create compounding value over time.

"The companies that win in the next decade will be the ones that can identify a need, create a product, and collaborate with customers on its adoption and MVP to quickly grow — not the ones that waited for internal consensus on what 'complete' looked like."
